1stMember provides car wash, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related automotive care services. All services are performed at our facility located at 450 S Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013.
2. Pricing & Estimates
Prices displayed on our website are starting estimates. Final pricing is determined after in-person vehicle inspection. Vehicle size, condition, and selected options may affect the final cost. We provide a detailed quote before beginning any work.
3. Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Online booking requests are subject to confirmation. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. No-shows without notice may affect future booking availability.
5. Liability
We take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, 1stMember is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or manufacturer defects discovered during service. We recommend removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. We carry general liability insurance for our operations.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors after the vehicle leaves our facility.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in USD.
